Relevant experience

Mihai Stănescu assisted and represented Romanian and foreign clients in many intellectual property dispute resolution cases in connection with trademarks, patents, industrial designs and models, unfair competition, intellectual property rights, and in administrative contentious matters (especially in the pharmaceutical industry).

Mihai participated in numerous consultancy projects in connection with real estate and the negotiation of civil contracts.
