• Legal assistance and representation for one of the most important telecommunications operators in Romania in various disputes related to relevant legal issues in the telecommunications industry, such as: representing the client in a lawsuit against the refusal to retain the right of telecommunications operators to extends some licenses for the use of radio frequencies; customer representation in a litigation with a major impact on the current activity of managing telecom customers against the Romanian Data Protection Authority, other disputes involving complex legal issues related to the telecommunications market, as well as application of EU law
• Providing legal advice to a major telecommunications operator on certain legal issues, such as fiber optic contracts, the impact of changes in telecom legislation for the operator's activity, providing legal advice on legal requirements having an impact on the telecom infrastructure
• Assisting and representing a top telecom Romanian operator in a litigation with a major impact on the current client management activity against the Romanian Data Protection Authority
• Assisting and representing one of the biggest telecom operator in Romania in a litigation initiated by the National Consumer Protection Authority refering to alleged abusive contractual clauses
• Representing and assisting the Romanian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in a dispute regarding the complaints filed as a result of the issuance of an alleged illegal decision
• Assisting and representing a major telecom company in a tax dispute arising from tax penalties imposed by a local tax authority for breaching of the obligation of periodic and simultaneous revaluation of all real estate assets
• Representing and assisting of a major provider for electronic communication infrastructure in connection with administrative and civil contentious matters initiated by diverse electronic communication operators
• Representing a major Romanian mobile electronic communication provider in a complex dispute with the Romanian fiscal authorities for the purpose of cancelling certain fiscal control decisions with considerable financial impact
