Ingrid-Amelia Apetrei provided legal assistance and representation of Romanian and foreign clients in different types of litigation, mainly on banking law (claims, insolvency, preventive arrangements proceedings - including drafting and filing statements of claims, participating in creditors' meetings etc.), consumer protection (consumer credit, unfair terms), administrative litigation, intellectual property.

Ingrid coordinated a team of lawyers and established strategies in various types of litigations, assisted clients on regulatory issues in various industries and participated in the analysis of normative acts drafted by the Romanian authorities in areas concerning banking law, which also involved an analysis of the relevant acquis of the European Union.
