STOICA & ASOCIAȚII lawyers - contributions to the book "CJEU and CCR - identities in dialogue"

In the week in which we celebrate Constitution Day (December 8) and the 70th anniversary of the Court of Justice of the European Union (December 4), the volume "CJEU and CCR - identities in dialogue" was published.

Coordinated by Professor Emeritus Valeriu Stoica, PhD, the book includes works prepared by 20 Romanian jurists, internationally recognized specialists, but also young researchers. The published legal studies approach, from different angles, the theoretical and practical problems of the European construction and are a call to lucidity and responsibility, qualities necessary for the continuation and consolidation of the common European course.

 

On behalf of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, the contributors were:

- Valeriu Stoica– Founding Partner -, Dragoș Bogdan– Senior Partner – and Constantin Cosmin Pintilie - Senior Associate: A possible and necessary dialogue: an introduction;

- Dragoș Bogdan– Senior Partner - and Laurențiu Mihai – Junior Lawyer: Between constitutions and EU law: approaches in other member states;

- Constantin Cosmin Pintilie - Senior Associate: Is dialogue possible in the absence of revision of the Constitution?

The book was published in the collection of the Center for Natural Law Studies and Normative Analysis, EUNOMIA, at the Universul Juridic publishing house.
