STOICA & ASOCIAȚII co-organized the triple launch of a legal philosophy book

"In the Romanian legal space, the translation and publication of the works "The natural law or the unwritten law" by Jacques Maritain, "The formation of legal thought" by Michel Villey and "Christianity in a secularized world" by Wolfhart Pannenberg means a synchronization, even if delayed, with the rich, diverse and contradictory thinking about natural law and natural law. Published by Universul Juridic Publishing House, in the Eunomia collection, initiated by theCenter for Natural Law Studies and Normative Analysis (CSDNAN) within the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, these three books it contributes to the consolidation of the intellectual infrastructure, intended to support the legal and institutional structures of good social order.
