Alin – Gabriel Oprea – in the panel of the conference on urban planning and land use law

As part of the National Conference on Urban Planning and Land Use Law, our colleague, Alin - Gabriel Oprea – Senior Associate –, will analyze on November 6, (1:30–3:30 p.m. — Session II: Administration, powers, and administrative acts) aspects of case law related to the legal classification of building certificates.

The conference is organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, the Faculty of Urban Planning of the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urban Planning in Bucharest, and the "Acad. Andrei Rădulescu" Institute for Legal Research of the Romanian Academy, in partnership with the Universul Juridic Group.
