Mircea Vasile – speaker at the medical malpractice conference

Mircea Vasile – Junior Lawyer – participated as a speaker at the National Conference on Liability in Medical Malpractice Cases, which took place on October 24 in the Petre Antonescu Hall of the Faculty of Law in Bucharest.

He gave a presentation on the procedural particularities of conducting forensic medical examinations in medical malpractice disputes, emphasizing the rules derogating from common law applicable to conducting a new examination in such cases.
