Dan-Rareș Răducanu – speaker at the administrative litigation conference

Dan-Rareș Răducanu – Senior Partner – will participate on October 30 (1:30-3:30 p.m.: Panel II ), at the National Administrative Litigation Conference, 7th Edition: Current trends, procedures, and solutions in administrative litigation in Romania – and will analyze the controversies surrounding the conditions and effects of the judicial suspension of administrative acts.

The conference is organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in partnership with the Universul Juridic Group, and aims to bring administrative litigation debates back to the forefront, both in terms of substantive law and procedure.
