Launch of the STOICA & ASOCIAȚII anniversary volume

In its anniversary year, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII marks three decades of activity with a special editorial initiative: the launch of the collective volume "Real Estate Development and Urban Planning. Legal Comments and Studies," published by Editura Universul Juridic in October 2025.

The book brings together contributions from the firm's lawyers, coordinated by Andreea Stoica and Dragoș Bogdan, and offers a broad perspective on the field of real estate and urban planning in Romania – from the constitutional protection of property rights to the civil legal regime, aspects of financing, developing, and operating real estate projects, property valuation, and dispute resolution through judicial or arbitration means.

The official launch of the volume will take place on November 6 (12:30–12:45 p.m.) during the National Conference on Urban Planning and Land Use Law, moderated by Prof. Dana Tofan, Ph.D., Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

Guests include Prof. Emeritus Dr. Valeriu Stoica, Founding Partner, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, and Andreea Stoica and Dragoș Bogdan (Managing Partners, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII), editors of the volume.

Attendance at the book launch is free of charge.
