The National Civil Law Conference, with the theme "Damages and reparations – a dance with many pairs in the Civil Code", will take place September 26-27, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.

During the first day of the conference - organized under the auspices of the Romanian Journal of Private Law (RRDP) - Valeriu Stoica(Founding Partner) will speak on the topic "Prejudice repair - from truth to counterfactual on the path of equity".
