Valeriu Stoica – new article in the Romanian Private Law Review

In the last issue of the Romanian Journal of Private Law (RRDP) no. 4/2024 with the theme "Damages and reparations - a dance with many pairs in the Civil Code", Valeriu Stoica- Founding Partner - published the article "From truth to counterfactual on the path of equity", dedicated to the problem of the concordance between objective truth and judicial truth, in the hypothesis in which the subject of the judgment is a civil liability relationship.
