Valeriu Stoica – new article in the Romanian Journal of Private Law

In the Romanian Private Law Journal (RRDP) no. 4/2025 – issue published in March 2026 - with the theme "Forfeiture in the Civil Code and in the Code of Civil Procedure", Valeriu Stoica – Founding Partner – published the article "On some cases of forfeiture in the matter of main real rights".

The other studies published in RRDP No. 4/2025 illustrate, in one way or another, these two lines of thought in understanding the polysemantic term "forfeiture.”

The involvement of renowned specialists in civil procedural law in this research initiative has enabled the identification of important aspects of this polysemantic term.

Drawing on these studies, as well as the contributions published in RRDJ No. 4/2025, researchers will be able to continue exploring the two lines of thought outlined regarding the concept of forfeiture and will be able to broaden the scope of research to include public law in addition to private law.
