The volume "In defense of constitutional democracy" is launched

Thursday, September 28, from 17.30, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in the "Constantin Stoicescu" hall, will take place the launch event of the book "In defense of constitutional democracy", which includes a collection of interviews and other texts written and published by Valeriu Stoica- Founding Partner - in the period 2009-2023.

Univ. Prof. Dragoș Paul Aligica Phd and Diana – Elena Moldoveanu will present the paper. The book was issued in the EUNOMIA collection of the Center for Natural Law Studies and Normative Analysis, at the Universul Juridic publishing house, along with two other volumes: "On the legal architecture of freedom" and "Civil law legal studies".

The event will take place in the "Valeriu Stoica National Civil Law Conference”, having the topic: "Notion of interest in the Civil Code: convergences and divergences".
