Suspension of the trial of a case in relation to another suspended case

In a recent articlepublished in The Romanian Civil Law Journal (RRDP) no. 2/2023, Valeriu Stoica- Founding Partner - and Angelica Alecu - Ciocîrlan – Associate -, points out that the fact that the file in relation to which the suspension of the judgment of the case is requested is in turn suspended does not per se constitute an impediment for ordering the suspension of the judgment pursuant to art. 413 para. (1) point 1 C. pr. civ., a conclusion also confirmed by a recent decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
