STOICA & ASOCIAȚII lawyers – participation in a civil procedural law conference

During the conference Procedural incidents in the civil process, on December 10, from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, participated as speakers the following lawyers with the topics:

·       Valeriu Stoica– Founding Partner - "The School of Civil Procedure";

·       Rareș Răducanu  - Senior Partner - "Consequences of the exercise of the right of appeal not provided for by law, but mentioned in the operative part of the contested court decision".

The event took place as part of the RRDJ Conferences - Viorel Mihai Ciobanu series, organized by the Romanian Jurisprudence Review, the National Union of Bailiffs and the publishing house Universul Juridic.
