of Ms Cristiana Irinel Stoica, Founding Partner, with the occassion of celebrating 15 years since the foundation of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII Law Firm.
In the interview, Ms Stoica answered to questions related to STOICA & ASOCIAȚII start up in November 1995. Since the very beginning, the 2 founding partners, Cristiana Stoica and Valeriu Stoica, focused on the creation of a good team of professionals around them, the building of the appropriate professional infrastructure and the construction of a good reputation as lawyers in a market growing and changing constantly.
STOICA & ASOCIAȚII permanently extended its area of expertise in new fields of law – intellectual property, arbitration, banking, insurance, capital markets, insolvency, labor, commercial competition, as well as in various economical sectors – oil and gas, food, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, health.
In the interview, Ms Stoica mentioned the most challenging cases such as a litigation involving a product liability matter, the assistance of Shell Gas Romania, the assistance in civil and commercial litigations. Every case in itself is challenging because the law in itself is challenging by its nature.
