In the webinar Insufficient regulation of the preliminary chamber procedure, which will take place tomorrow, from 14:00 - 17:00, our colleagues, Mihai Trandafir – Managing Associate – și Paula Maftei– Associate -, will present the concrete situations encountered in judicial practice, which the legislator has not expressly regulated and whose approach is still the subject of divergent solutions and opinions, expressed in judicial practice, as well as in the corresponding doctrine.
