During the international congress "Freedom of expression for judges within the framework of respect for the principles of judicial ethics In memoriam Prof. Eugen Chelaru", held at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, Spain, on November 16-17, our colleague, Marius Chelaru - Managing Associate -, presented the paper "When can urbanism regulations infringe ownership fundamental human rights".
