Marius Chelaru – speaker la un congres internațional de drept

În cadrul congresului internațional "Freedom of expression for judges within the framework of respect for the principles of judicial ethics In memoriam Prof. Eugen Chelaru”, desfășurat la  Universitatea "Rey Juan Carlos" din Madrid, Spania, în perioada 16-17 noiembrie, colegul nostru, Marius Chelaru – Managing Associate –, a prezentat lucrarea "When can urbanism regulations infringe ownership fundamental human rights”.
