Is the recognition agreement subject to appeal for annulment?

Final criminal judgments issued by the first court or the court of appeal, by which the criminal/civil action is resolved, are likely to be challenged by appeal for annulment. This is an extraordinary way of appeal, which can be exercised in the cases strictly and limitedly provided by the law, in order to cancel a final decision pronounced in violation of the rules of criminal procedure.
