The Center for Natural Law Studies and Normative Analysis (CSDNAN), the Franco-Romanian College of Law for European Studies, the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII and Universul Juridic Publishing Houseorganize the launch event of the works:
- Christianity in a secularized world. Essays, by Wolfhart Pannenberg
- Natural Law or the Unwritten Law, by Jacques Maritain
- The Formation of Modern Legal Thought, by Michel Villey
Tuesday, June 20, from 17.00, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in the "Constantin Stoicescu" Hall
The works were published in the EUNOMIA collection, an editorial project carried out by CSDNAN, in partnership with Universul Juridic Publishing House.
The collection is dedicated to the publication of some researches and essays, developed by Romanian or foreign authors, in the field of normative analysis, under all its aspects and implications - from philosophical foundations to legal doctrines and public policies subsumed by different currents of thought of natural law or other currents of thought in dialogue with them. Monographs, thematic anthologies, special editions will strengthen the intellectual infrastructure necessary to support the legal and institutional structures of good social order, as the very name of the collection suggests.
