Cristiana I Stoica – moderator of the panel dedicated to Vine and Wine Law

Whitin the first day of the  Intellectual Property Conference – Friday, 15 November - between 15.00 – 17.30 - the panel discussions "Vine and Wine Law | In vino veritas: the protection of quality and the quality of protection" will take place.

Vine and Wine Law - a distinct, complex legal framework with a wide legal spectrum - is an extremely useful working tool not only for the academia and business environment.

The module dedicated to Vine and Wine Law is an initiative of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, intended to offer conference participants the opportunity to debate an issue of great interest in the world of vines and wine, from designations of controlled origin and geographical indications or traditional mentions in the field, continuing with the labeling of wine products or the impact of the trade in wine and alcoholic beverages on the consumer from the perspective of EU legislation and up to the most recent and challenging solutions identified in the relevant European jurisprudence.

The moderator of the panel will be Cristiana I. Stoica (Founding Partner - STOICA & ASOCIAȚII).   

The speakers are: Jean-Baptiste Thial de Bordenave (Partner, MINERAL Avocats, Bordeaux – France, President of International Wine Lawyers Association (AIDV), Lionel Lalagüe (Director public and international affairs – BNI, Cognac – France), Andreea Stoica and Dragoș Bogdan(Managing Partners - STOICA & ASOCIAȚII).
