Considerations regarding the legal regime of voluntary intervention in a public procurement procedure
In a recent article published in the Romanian Journal of Private Law (RPLR) no. 2/2022, our colleague, Yolanda Beșleagă - Associate, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII -, analyzes the theoretical and practical implications of the voluntary intervention formulated by the tenderer declared the winner in a public procurement procedure, in the context of an appeal initiated by one of its competitors against the acts of the contracting authority, if the intervention aims to preserve its position as the winner of the contract.
The current issue of the RPLR has the following theme: "The future of research in private law", being an edition coordinated by Professor Ionuț-Florin Popa, PhD and Professor Emeritus Valeriu Stoica, PhD – Founding Partner, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII.
