On May 23 2008 took place the conference Business Law 2008 organized

by the Law Faculty of the Bucharest University. Valeriu Stoica, Founding Partner of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, had a short presentation with the theme: The provisions of art. 452 of the Civil Code Project in the form amended by the Ministry of Justice.
