About the limits of preventive measures in the criminal procedure

In a recent article published in the Romanian Journal of Private Law (RRDP) no. 2/2022, our colleague, Alin Oprea - Associate, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII -, analyzes the legality of the (subsequent) establishment of the criminal seizure over an immovable property whose alienation had been (previously) promised if the promise had been noted in the land register, being opposable including to criminal judicial bodies.
