Webinar STOICA & ASOCIAȚII: Protecting the employer's business by introducing special clauses in individual labor contracts

The present context of labor relations and the need for employee specialization require employers to pay more attention to professional training and development programs. Thus, there are situations where the employee's knowledge is followed by the employer's competitors or there are situations when the employee starts his own business, based on the experience gained at the former workplace.

Starting from these realities, our colleague, Andrei Buga - Partner, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII - analyzed the types of clauses in the individual employment contract intended to protect the interests, know-how and business of the employer, in the webinar "Protection of employees in the case of employers' corporate transformations" held on the AHK Community Talks platform.
