Victor Dobozi - speaker in a webinar on patenting the human body

In an era of accelerated scientific progress, where advanced biotechnologies are opening new horizons in medicine and genetics, the issue of patenting components of the human body is becoming increasingly topical and controversial.

Victor Dobozi - Partner - will present tomorrow, from 14.00-17.00, during the webinar Patenting the human body, a detailed analysis of European and international legislation and case law on the patenting of human biological material, including DNA and its derivatives.

The webinar will contribute to the understanding of the legal and ethical impact of patenting in the biomedical field and to uncover developments in a high-impact interdisciplinary field in the near future.
