Verification of private interest in real estate litigation

In a recent article signed by Rareș Răducanu – Senior Partner – and Irina Titorian – Associate, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII – it is analyzed whether and under what conditions there is, from a procedural point of view, an interest in verifying the legality of the decision approving a Zoning Plan by referring to the different stages in which the verification of the legality of the building permit, i.e. of the individual administrative act issued in the basis of that normative act.
