Valeriu Stoica – Speaker at the “Camil Negrea” National Land Registry Conference

Professor Emeritus Valeriu Stoica, Ph.D. – Founding Partner – will participate in the "Camil Negrea” National Land Registry Conference, to be held in Cluj-Napoca at the Aula Magna of Babeș-Bolyai University on October 30–31, 2026.

During the conference, Valeriu Stoica will deliver a presentation titled "Registration of Possession in the Land Registry: Legislative Ambiguities, Theoretical Hesitations, and Practical Consequences,” addressing regulatory challenges and issues of legal interpretation, as well as their practical implications.

The presentation will take place on Saturday, October 31, as part of Section IV, moderated by Prof. Dan Andrei Popescu, Ph.D., and dedicated to topics such as the registration and transfer of possession, the evidentiary relevance of land registry entries, and adverse possession.
