Aiming at assisting Ukrainian citizens wishing to enter Romania or that have entered Romania, a team of lawyers, volunteers from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, under the coordination of Cristiana I. Stoica - Founding Partner - has drafted a brief guideline about the required documentation, the asylum procedure, the possibility of employment and a series of useful links in regards to involved public authorities. 

Update! The guide was completed on March 11 with the issues introduced by Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382 of 4 March 2022 establishing the existence of a mass influx of displaced persons from Ukraine within the meaning of Article 5 of Directive 2001/55/EC, and having the effect of introducing temporary protection.
