The working place and the green certificate

The measures contained in the draft law on the obligation to present the green certificate at work must take into account fundamental regulations, respect fundamental human rights, be proportionate and non-discriminatory. In addition, the measures must be based on an in-depth analysis of the effects which they may have and which may even be in total contradiction with the aim pursued.
