The technological revolution in judicial system
Can robots be lawyers? Can artificial intelligence replace court judges? These are increasingly common questions not only in the press but also in academia. Attention is drawn to the possibility that technological progress may at some point reach, at least hypothetically, the ideal of replicating human intelligence. But are these scenarios plausible? What would such a turning point mean for the evolution of humanity, and not just the judiciary?
