The right to compensation for lack of use

In the recently published article, the authors, Cătălina Dicu  - Senior Partner – și Anca Manolache – Senior Associate – point out that to the extent that court decisions have already been issued in a case by which the right to compensation for lack of use in favor of the land owner for previous periods has been withheld, the effects of res judicata prevail and cannot be removed by a decision in the interest of the subsequent law.
