The extent to which the air passengers are protected

Through its recent jurisprudence, the Court of Justice of the European Union reconfirms the need to provide an effective framework for offering compensation to passengers whose flights have been cancelled/delayed, especially in the context of the pandemic created in recent years, when the rights of travelers have been flagrantly violated, and many of they are still waiting for the compensation they are due.
