STOICA & ASSOCIAȚII lawyers – co-authors of a reference work in criminal law and criminal procedure

The Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure have brought, for 10 years since their entry into force, innovations from a legislative point of view, but their constant institutions have also been maintained. The recent publication of the volume "A decade of modernity in the application of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. Constants and perspectives on the Romanian criminal process in the European legal space" by the publishing house C.H. Beck, a work in which judges, professors, lawyers, students participated, offering a holistic dimension on the aspects addressed, with the highlighting of some institutions from the two codes, national and European jurisprudence and doctrine, marks this decade of modernity of criminal law and criminal procedure.

Among the co-authors of the editorial project are our colleagues, Veronica Dobozi – Partner – și Mihai Trandafir– Managing Associate.

The volume will be launched on May 31, from 11:00 a.m., during the Bookfest - International Book Fair.
