STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, together with the Association for Clean Energy and Combating Climate Change, in the approach regarding Schengen
"The strength of the European Union depends to a large extent on the assumption of the values on which the Union is founded and on the will of individuals to defend these values. The approach by which the Association for Clean Energy and Combating Climate Change (AECCSC) requested the Council to re-examine its position regarding the full application of the Schengen acquis in Romania and to consider the objectives and Union law in the field of environmental protection shows the intention civil society not to remain passive in the face of real problems" stated Valeriu Stoica, Founding Partner.
We are glad that the team of lawyers from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII - Dragos Bogdan, Cosmin Pintilie, Yolanda Beșleagă and Maria Bodea - was able to contribute with legal assistance to this endeavor. We thank Andrada Nicolescu and Razvan Nicolescu for the excellent collaboration!
