STOICA & ASOCIAȚII supports the publication of the work "Natural law or the unwritten law"

"The original and equally creative interpretation offered by Jacques Maritain in this work, as in many other writings that preceded or, as the case may be, followed the 9/10 Lessons on Natural Law and Natural Law, is not only necessary reading, but and welcome for all those interested or passionate about the extremely acute ontological and epistemological issues of natural law and natural law or the equally burning question of their delimitation in the face of positive law and the corresponding positive law [...]"  stated Univ. Prof. Dr. Marian Nicolae – Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest – about the work Natural law or the unwritten law, written by Jacques Maritain, published in the EUNOMIA collection, an editorial project carried out by the Center for Natural Law Studies and Normative Analysis (CSDNAN), in partnership with Universul Juridic Publishing House. 

Together with two other titles from the same collection, the book will be launched on Tuesday, June 20, from 17.00, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in the "Constantin Stoicescu" Hall.
