STOICA & ASOCIAȚII supports the organization of the European Law Moot Court Competition

STOICA & ASOCIAȚII supports the organization of the regional final of the European Law Moot Court Competition, which takes place between February 23-26, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.

European Law Moot Court Competition is the oldest and most prestigious mock trial competition of European law, being organized from 1988 to the present with the support of the Court of Justice of the European Union. This year, together with the universities of Lille, Lund and Barcelona, the University of Bucharest, through the Faculty of Law, has the honor of organizing one of the regional finals.

The 12 participating teams will plead in English and French before several judges from the General Court of the European Union, jurists of the Court of Justice of the European Union, lawyers and university professors.
