STOICA & ASOCIAȚII is proud to be one of the Gold Partners of Bucharest Arbitration Days, the largest international commercial arbitration event in Romania, taking place on 5-6 June, at InterContinental Athénée Palace hotel.

This conference brings together arbitration practitioners, legal experts, scholars, and policymakers from around the world. More than 40 leading international commercial arbitrators are meeting in Bucharest to address the critical theme of Reassessing Access to Justice and Due Process in International Arbitration, with fundamental implications for the legitimacy of international arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism.

Dr. Cristiana I. Stoica - Founding Partner - will speak on 5 June (10:15 – 11:30) in the panel "Due Process: Time to Overcome Paranoia in International Arbitration?”. She will be joined by Athina Fouchard Papaefstratiou (independent arbitrator), Dr. Mladen Stojiljković (Nater Dallafior) and Frederico Singarajah, FCIArb (Gatehouse Chambers), in a discussion moderated by Maria Beatrice Deli - Partner DeliSasson, Italy.
