STOICA & ASOCIAȚII’s lawyers – article published in Which Lawyer in Romania

In the recent guide Which Lawyer in Romania, published by GovNet, our colleagues, Andreea Stoica (Micu) – Partner – and  Alin-Gabriel Oprea – Associate, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII - have published the article "Blocking real estate projects in Bucharest", in which they analyze the legal consequences of the refusal of local authorities in Bucharest to issue decisions approving urban plans for real estate projects, which meet all the legal conditions, after following a procedure of long and complicated endorsement.
