In the conference Private Law Arbitration in a European Context (ed. 7), which will take place today, on behalf of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, Daniel-Alexandru Aragea - Partner - will participate as a speaker with the theme "Litispendenza and connexity in international arbitration" ( 15:15-15:30).

The event is organized by the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the Society of Legal Sciences (JURIDICE.ro).
