Through Decision no. 47 from 02.11.2010, Competition Council sanctioned the

Association of the Accounting Experts and Authorized Bookkeepers from Romania for fixing tariffs through the Regulation regarding the establishment of a fine amounting to lei 4.056.264 representing 9.2% from the total earnings made by CECCAR in 2009.
