WallStreet, an online business journal, published a DealWatch report

of top ten legal advisers by deal value in the first six months of 2009, ranking the most active legal advisers in mergers and acquisition market.

According to this top, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII law firm, held by Valeriu Stoica, has advised two deals worth $293 mln, thus coming in at third in the ranking of top ten legal advisers by deal value as listed by DealWatch.
