STOICA & ASOCIAȚII grants the Excellence award for the entire legal career

On its anniversary, starting with 2007, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII granted the Excellence award for the entire legal career to prominent personalities of legal life in Romania, as a sign of appreciation for their contribution to the consolidation of the legal culture and the values of the rule of law in our country.

This year, the partners of the law firm STOICA & ASOCIAȚII decided to grant the Excellence award for the entire legal career to Professor Camelia Toader, PhD, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. Through her entire career, Professor Camelia Toader demonstrated that the science and practice of law know no borders and, continuing the tradition of the great Romanian jurists of the past, she contributed with passion, rigor and depth to the development of law in the European space. Through the works published over time, Professor Camelia Toader has bravely stepped beyond the traditional sphere of civil law, towards a genuine European private law.

 "In the more than 14 years dedicated to the work of a judge at the Luxembourg Court of Justice, Professor Camelia Toader supported the development of European law, in a discreet, thorough and indispensable manner for the work of a judge. The prize was awarded during a ceremony, which took place at the headquarters of the law firm STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, on 6^th of November.
