STOICA & ASOCIAȚII - National Civil Law Conference

The  Law Faculty of the Bucharest University, Universul Juridic Publishing House and STOICA & ASOCIAȚII invite you to participate in the National Civil Law Conference, with the theme " Damages and reparations – a dance with many pairs in the Civil Code ", which will take place September 26-27, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in the "Constantin Stoicescu" hall.

The question of damage, of its multiple facets, in different matters, of its repair by compensating for the disadvantage produced, as well as the procedural aspects assumed by damage repair, represent as many opportunities for debate, analysis and openness to new reflections, as well as the chance of new and continuous enrichment professional.

The first day of the conference (September 26) is organized under the auspices of the Romanian Journal of Private Law (RRDP), and the second (September 27) under the auspices of the Romanian Journal of Jurisprudence.
