Vine and Wine Law - a distinct, complex legal framework with a wide legal spectrum - is an extremely useful working tool not only for the university environment but also for the business environment.

Within the panel "Vine and Wine Law | In vino veritas: the protection of quality and the quality of protection", which will take place in the first day of the Intellectual Property Conference – Friday, 15 November - between 15.00 – 17.30 - international speakers invited by STOICA & ASOCIAȚII will take the floor.  

Jean-Baptiste Thial de Bordenave (Partner, MINERAL Avocats, Bordeaux – France, President of International Wine Lawyers Association (AIDV) will analyze in his presentation, among other things, what are the main labeling rules in France, what is the meaning of the traditional term "Château" and whether its use represents a legal and commercial advantage for the producers.

The moderator of the panel will be Cristiana I. Stoica (Founding Partner - STOICA & ASOCIAȚII). At this panel, simultaneous Romanian - English translation will be provided.
