Ratification of Protocol no. 16 the ECHR

Implementation of Protocol no. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, by Law no. 173/8 June 2022, brings a series of clarifications regarding the implementation of this Protocol and a new case of review of judgments - both in civil and criminal matters.
