On the plurality of offenses in the case of juvenile delinquency

In the recently published article by our colleague, Mihail Tofan – Junior Lawyer - the sanctioning system applicable to juvenile delinquency in the case of multiple crimes is analysed, a problem regulated by art. 129 of the Criminal Code.
