On the effects of the rejection of emergency ordinances by the Romanian Parliament

In a recent articlepublished on the JURIDICE.ro platform, our colleague, Ștefan Călin- Junior Lawyer -, analyses, from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and the doctrine, the different situations of the termination of an emergency ordinance, namely the repeal, declaration as unconstitutional and rejection by law by the Parliament, especially in the case where the emergency ordinance contained rules that abrogated another normative act in force or that only modified it.
