On the definition of the human being in the context of biolaw

In a recent article, our colleague, Veronica Dobozi - Partner -, shows that, in the context of the development and exponential pressure of genetics and artificial intelligence, the concept of "human being" and "human dignity" requires a quick legal definition, just as all relative and interdependent notions require a legal revival or perhaps a fundamental rewriting.
